Basrah crudes decline despite global oil rally

Shafaq News- Basrah Iraq’s Basrah crude edged lower by about 0.01% on Thursday, amid gains in global oil markets. Basrah Heavy crude slipped by 1 cent to $74.03 per barrel, while Basrah Medium crude edged down by 1 cent to settle at $75.98 per barrel. Brent crude climbed $2.65, or 3.26%, to $83.99 per barrel by 0520 GMT. US West Texas Intermediate crude gained $2.76, or 3.70%, to $77.42.
