Dollar edges higher against Turkish lira to 43.84

Shafaq News- Ankara On Tuesday, the US dollar rose slightl`y against the Turkish lira, trading at 43.84 lira, up 0.05 from the previous close. Turkiye’s annual inflation eased to 30.65% in January 2026, Reuters reported, while the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (CBRT) kept the policy rate near 37% in early 2026 and projected year-end inflation between 15% and 21%.
