Shafaq News- Tehran Israel launched a preemptive attack on Iran, Defense Minister Israel Katz said on Saturday, declaring an immediate state of emergency across the country. In a separate statement, Katz announced what he described as a second wave of attacks on Iranian targets. According to Iranian state-affiliated media, several missiles struck central, north and eastern Tehran, with projectiles hitting Daneshgah (University) Street and the Jomhouri area in the capital as well as in the Seyyed Khandan district.
