- A cross transaction occurred on 625.9 mn shares of Ishtar Hotels (HISH) on Dec. 21, valued at IQD5.9 bn and corresponding to 8.9% of HISH's capital.
- A cross transaction occurred on 600.0 mn shares of National Bank of Iraq (BNOI) on Dec. 23, valued at IQD2.8 bn and corresponding to 0.1% of BNOI's capital.
- A cross transaction occurred on 2.1 bn shares of Asia Al Iraq Islamic Bank (BAIB) on Dec. 23, valued at IQD1.6 bn and corresponding to 0.8% of BAIB's capital.
- Baghdad-Iraq Comp. for Public Trans. & Real Est. Inv. (SBPT) invited its shareholders to receive their cash dividends for the fiscal year 2024 starting Jan. 4, 2026. - National Chemical & Plastic Industries (INCP) resumed trading on Dec. 21 after holding its AGM on Dec. 15, in which they discussed and approved 2023 financial statements.
- Original shares of Ameen Al-Iraq Islamic Bank (BAME) resumed trading on Dec. 24 after holding its AGM on Dec. 21 in which they discussed and approved 2024 annual financial statements, the choice of continuing within the banking reform project and bringing in Cairo Amman Bank as a foreign strategic partner, and reversing the decision taken at the May 19, 2025 AGM of increasing the paid-in capital from IQD250.0 bn to IQD400.0 bn. The bank decided to increase the paid-in capital from IQD250.0 bn to IQD300.0 bn through a 20.0% rights issue (56/Fourth).
- Original shares of Investment Bank of Iraq (BIBI) will resume trading on Dec. 28 after holding its AGM on Dec. 19 in which they discussed and approved 2024 annual financial statements and increasing the paid-in capital from IQD288.0 bn to IQD300.0 bn through a 2.08% rights issue and a 2.08% bonus issue. The opening price will be IQD0.250 per share with a +/-50% price change limit.
- Al Masherq Al-Arabi Islamic Bank (BAMS) will resume trading on Dec. 28 after holding its postponed AGM on Dec. 23, in which they discussed and approved choosing the path of continuity within the CBI's banking reform plan.

- ISX will suspend trading of Al-Mansour Pharmaceuticals Industries (IMAP) starting Jan. 5, 2026 due to the AGM that will be held on Jan. 11, 2026 to discuss and approve electing seven original and seven alternative board members.
- Iraqi Agricultural Products Marketing Meat (AIPM) announced the suspension of dividend distribution from Dec. 25, 2025 to Jan. 14, 2026.
- Iraqi For Tufted Carpets (IITC) announced the suspension of dividend distribution from Dec. 24, 2025 to Jan. 4, 2026.
- Iraqi Agricultural Products (AIRP) announced the suspension of dividend distribution from Dec. 24, 2025 to Jan. 18, 2026.
- ISX suspended trading of the third issuance of Emaar bonds (the category of 1,000,000 dinars) starting from Dec. 24, 2025, due to distributing semi-annual interest.
